Background and Objective:
Urban Company's "No Work Too Small" campaign was developed to address homeowner apprehensions and elevate the dignity of home service professions. The campaign's objective was to alter consumer perceptions, portraying Urban Company's service partners as skilled and professional individuals, and narrating their stories in a manner that humanizes and honors their work.
Role:
As a Strategist and Researcher on this project i conducted interviews and market surveys to understand the nuances of this category to come up with insights and cultural observations for the creative to to leap off of.
Strategic and Creative Approach:
The campaign was built around the idea of dignifying 'blue-collar' work delivered at home, addressing homeowner apprehensions and emphasizing the professionalism of service partners.
Execution:
A poignant video was created, depicting a heartwarming interaction between a service partner and a child, subtly conveying respect for all kinds of work.
Results and Impact:
The campaign successfully reinforced the importance of skilling and respect for every job. It highlighted the professionalism of Urban Company's service partners, enhancing brand trust and shifting perceptions.
The campaign resonated deeply with audiences, driving a more positive and respectful view of home service professionals.
